Anybody brewed with them before? Curious what kind of beers they would work well in. I could always do a single hop beer and find out, but I was hoping someone was familiar and already had a recipe that they liked.
They are mild and taste like pears. If you blend them with anything else, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to pick them out. Unique in light colored beers and tasty in Belgians. Unhelpful in IPA.
