Last night on the zoom we talked about brewing books. Here are some that I like and go back and re-read for recipes and tips. Still you guys are the best source!

Yes great listen.

And Kindle is a cheap option...unless you are one of those "write in the margins" sorta people....you should see my copy of "Joy of Home Brewing"! It looks like a high school math book!

Mosher really helped me understand the subtleties of different styles. That's helped me be a better brewer and a better drinker.

I also have a digital version of The Hops List, which I use all the time. It's not comprehensive (so many new hops come out every year), but it's still super useful. I think my favorite book about brewing that isn't about technical details and fundamentals is probably The Brewer's Tale by William Bostwick. I have the audiobook version and have listened to it a few times. It's highly enjoyable

Did we talk about brewing books ?
I'll check my paper copies tomorrow.

Mastering Homebrew is great
Yep, not so easy to read on the stsndard kindle though. Better on a tablet and much better (I think) as paper copy.

My paper books
Nice thing about the Dutch books is that their batch size is 10 litre and they are metric
