Yeah, in brewing you can't really get away from cleaning. I have found however, that over time I developed a workflow for bottling and cleaning that now allows me to bottle and clean up in about an hour.

@716Brewer Bought the Colt capper about a year ago. Huge improvement over a wing capper. A little pricey at just under $55, but well worth it. You may be able to find a better price than below.
