Just thinking... what happens if I boil water at 195 Fahrenheit, put hops on it for the time required on my recipes and then I store it for brew day, so i would add this water to the wort?
What I would think will happen is that it would be the same than boiling everything on the same day, with the difference that I would add the risk of infecting the wort, if I was no careful enough.
