Hey all! My blue moon recipe in terms of grains/hops/spices is as close to Wayne's recipe as it can be. Not an uncommon clone, obviously.

My question, however, is related to the yeast. Pretty commonly known that 1056 is the way to go, however I have some Voss Kveik sitting in my fridge ready to be pitched!!! I'm thinking it will help accentuate the orange flavors a bit, but remain clean if I keep it in the mid to high 70s range.
