I'm not sure how experience you are but its just like a cooper bitter so its going to be light, adding table, brown or corn sugar, like 1 pound will kick it up a bit and dry hopping with 1/2 ounce of cascade to be safe will make it taste better, but don't dry hop for at least 5 days from the start of fermentation

Obviously the kit was a present to wet my whistle again.
Regards to the dry hops, yes.. I was also going to use Muntons beer inhancer ( reviews) and mangrove jacks burton union yeast?
What does everyone think please.
