Can you use a clarifying agent into a secondary fermentation to clear beer. Help
I’m sure there are others more knowledgeable than I about this sort of thing, but you might run the risk of also dropping out any yeast still in suspension doing their “secondary” job of cleaning up. I’ve only ever used gelatin once during cold crashing as @thunderwagn stated above, and for me, no real difference. But then again, over time, all my beers have cleared on their own.Can you use a clarifying agent into a secondary fermentation to clear beer. Help
