Hello everyone again LoL
Today I make my first taste test on my lager, now is carbonating already 2-3 days.
I have a intense taste like almond.
I Google it and a see different opinions about that,
At this point i say that I had wort in to fermenter for 35-36 days.
12 days at 14-15 Celsius
3 days at 18-19
22 days at 4-5 Celsius
3 days now lagering+ carbonating at 5-7 Celsius (should I age first and after carbonate?)
Good news is that is not infected,
Any idea?

Possibly oxidized. Did you rack it or pull many samples from it after it was done fermenting where oxygen may have gotten to it? Could be much worse! I'd take almond over sherri or wet cardboard! Looks awesome!

If it was on the yeast for 7 weeks, that’s way too long. It’s better to get it off the yeast in 3 weeks, 4 at the most. Yeast can autolyse causes a host of off flavors. I usually pick up metallic or blood flavors when this happens.

Give it some time, it may fade.

It looks beautiful!
Other than that, no idea

You did it!
You got beer :)
