Add a selection color to textarea on the forum

If you type text and then click on some text and drag your mouse while holding the click, there is no background color for the text that is selected.

Yes, that has been a problem since a forum update about a year ago. I think by default you don't need to specify a color, as the OS should handle it just fine. (or the browser, rather) But something went amiss as I noted a while back and now one can't see what is selected. (and thanks for that link)
