Just harvested my Centennial hops growing on our deck. This year I harvested 1-1/4 lbs., up 25% from last year. Making my fresh hop ale after breakfast.
Yep, harvested at 8 a.m. today, started brewing at 10 a.m., and in the fermenter now. I don't know if there's any more to tell; that's my understanding of how fresh hop ales are done.
