Not sure about the double crush, but Keystone Homebrew will allow you to order grain in ounces.

My local place does me right. I describe what I am doing, tell them BIAB in the comments when I order, but I am in Florida. Dude told me one day "I saw your order with Otter and BIAB. I crushed it twice". A good man.
