Started Fermentation at 50 for 48 hours. Freezer broke. Slowly rose first to 54 then up to 58 over next couple days.

After lagering for a month at 33 and 10psi

Transferred 1.5 gallons into sanitized keg with 140ml of Amoretto in a closed keg to keg transfer
