Freeze some red grapes, and and add to beer when poured into glass. The final gravity suggest that this should be a sweeter beer, with a bit higher abv. When enjoying the beer, biting into one of the grapes once thawed, should produce a bit of sourness, balancing the sweetness and bite of the higher abv.
