Notes
Ferment at 72F. Don't judge me. Lutra Kveik at 72F is the bomb. I have made numerous "Lagers" with it and they are super fast (I ferment for 3 weeks) and virtually indistinguishable from a true Lager. People rave about it. Try it. You will be hooked. You must use RO water with minerals added. Do not use other water formulas.
