I used my tap water, wich is mineral rich, and is pretty good according to this guide: https://learningtohomebrew.com/the-best-water-profile-for-ipa-beer/
I didn't measure the pH, and didn't adjust it in any way.

Notes
A simple english style IPA based on an English Pale Ale recipe from an old Hungarian beer brewing guide book. I added some more English hops and 30 grams of Citra, because the original lacked that citrusy aroma in my opinion, but feel free to dry hop it with something more appropriate (east kent goldings maybe?) Cheers!
