"meh", at best

it was a nice experiment to see what these malts taste like. fermented quite dry but still has a way too sweet flavor. needed way more bittering hops. a tiny bit tart as well as sweet tasting. abv turned out to be closer to 5.5 with the actual efficiency we got.
