Se me pasó 1 gr el gypsum
A la hora del sparge, se me olvidó cuanta agua y diluí de más, por lo tanto, la OG me quedó baja: 1.040
pH 5.8....algo que tendré que corregir,no lo sé, acidez de granos, mal perfil de agua, mal cálculo de sales...no lo sé...ya veremos el resultado final.
Y en realidad, el lúpulo que me vendió el proveedor, si era cascade, pero 4.6 AA... |
