Water was at 118 ppm TDS and 7.5 pH. Mash temp was at 152 to 147 over 65 minutes. Sparge temp was at 165 for 10 minutes. |

Doing whole 30 so I didn't taste it but smelled good. Packaged with 550 mg of potassium metabisulfite to limit oxidation. Set at 11 psig at 38F for carbonation over about 2 weeks. |

Really balanced pale ale, not quite an IPA since the %AA of cascade is lower. Not enough hops to balance the sweetness of the vienna malt but still a nice beer. |
