Starting water was 118 ppm TDS and 7.5 pH. Mash temp was 155 to 145 over 60 minutes, sparge was at 166 for 10 minutes |

Didn't taste because of whole 30. Smelled alright, looked good to me. Set it in a keg with 550 mg of potassium metabisulfite to limit oxidation. Set at 11 psig at 38F, should be ready to sample in about 2 weeks. |

Kicked today. Was a great hit with Kinsey's family. Balanced bitterness and clean flavor. Loved it to the last pint, and should definitely use this as a template for testing other hops. |
