Notes

Add 4 g. Of cardamom and 14 g. Of coriander in the last 15 minutes of boil. Also stir in 4 oz of blood orange purée.

14 day fermentation and drain to 2nd fermentation carboy and add 5 Serrano peppers for 7 days.

Drain to bottling bucket with 12 oz of water primed with 5 oz of honey.
