08.07.20 tappes 40 liter til 2 cornelius fat som settes på 2 grader med co2 0,9bar.

10.02.21 brygget ,80 liter på gjæringsfat. OG 1.046 prøvde denne gangen med M76 bavarian lager, tørrgjær. morgen 12.02.21 ser ennå ikke klart gjæringsforløp.12.03.21 gjæret ned til 1.013. tappet en av 2 gjæringskar på fat.
