Notes

5/13: Planning to put this on a US-05 yeast cake from a previous Pale Ale. Otherwise, add 2 packs of yeast due to the higher gravity.

This will be the first run on the new 10 gallon SS Brewtech Infusion mash tun. Not sure what efficiency I'll get, but hopefully more than 72%. I'm going to back off on the fine crush I've been using on the Robobrew to something more appropriate. I think a gap of .032" is a good place to start and I'll go from there.
