Notes

If you don't have 7oz of hops add them more towards the end of the boil and cut out the beginning additions for a better result. I accidentally happened upon using WLP004 in a similar recipe and loved it so I'm using wyeast irish ale equivalent this time.

Ireks can be substituted for whatever compatible grains you have in your area.
