Notes

Mash standard BIAB. Boil for 10-15 mins, then cool to 95F. Preadjust pH to about 4.5 with lactic acid. Pitch goodbelly. Target pH of 3.5 after GoodBelly addition, check at 24 hrs. Then boil an additional 15 mins, cool to 70 and pitch S-05. Ferment, transfer to keg and force carb (high).
