Notes

SMaSH mini IPA

Recipe is very simple, and a good starting recipe (swap out Voss if orange citrus isn't your thing) for all grain if you want a beer with a decent amount of bitterness backed with tonnes of fruit flavour from both the hops and yeast.

Ferment at 30-35ºC for 7 days.
After 3 days, add 15g of Mosaic.
The following day or the day after add 10g Mosaic.

If it is still fermenting after 7 days crank up the heat to 38ºC.
Cold crash and then bottle/keg.
