Notes

Add the Boil addition Strawberries and Rhubarb 12 at 12 minutes of boil remaining.

Chosen because I have rhubarb and strawberries in the garden!

Replaced the Trappiest Yeast for Abbaye as that was all that was available at Worcester Hop Shop during the Covid lockdown.

Also topped up garden rhubarb (1.7kg) with tinned (4x245g in 295g syrup)

Note - leaves a thick Krausen deposit at the beer/air interface which is hard to clean.
