temperature ranged from 150-155 as I tried to dial in the heat during recirc.
Need to make more than .5 gal extra sparge because was short 0.5 gal from what was left in hot liquor tank |

Added yeast grown up last week. hop is good, smelled a little funky.
Maybe try sanitizing chiller before whirlpool hops?
Maybe try whirlpooling without stirring and just pump? |

Cold crashed starting now. Set to 33 degrees. Looks like it took 1.5 days to get down to 35. |

Did not add gelatin. Was obvious that was still hazy. Also screwed up with packaging and left about 0.5 gallons in carboy that could have been kegged. Burst carbonated at 25psi in kegerator for 2-3 days? |
