Notes

Would go lighter on the bittering and heavier on the dry hopping to achieve the sessionable criteria I was aiming for. Apart from that took a few weeks to bottle age but ended up very flavourful and refreshing. Also Uncle Tobys oats (the namesake) were great, could even go for a bit more
