Notes

Brewed this for the first time today (19MAY20). The brew went well my OG was slightly higher than the target, I achieved an OG of 1.058. The final volume was 22.5L

After 7 days fermentation had stopped with an FG of 1.010. Bottled into 500ml bottles with one Coopers carbonation drop per bottle.
