Notes

The yeast was actually Lallemand DY45 dry Winsor yeast, which was selected before other types of more precisely "Juicy" yeast became available after ordering.

Given the high OG, 4 packs of dry yeast were rehydrated and pitched into oxygenated wort. If the kruasen is mild, another injection of O2 will be added.
