Notes

Same grain bill as Quarantine me but 9lbs less. Wanted a lower ABV. Used washed Omega 200. 1.5 quarts per pound. Strike at 170. Mashed at 150 for 1 hour. Sparked and rested for 10 minutes. OSG 1.058.
