Notes

Test batch V2, a Rye IPA using the same hopping schedule as Test Batch V1 except I have dropped the Magnum bettering hop, I don't want the bitterness from the hops and the rye to clash.

More Lactic Acid 80% this time based upon this recipe calculator suggesting 15ml will get me down to a mash pH of 5.2. We shall see, may dust off the pH meter and test it.

Same dry hopping and will use the same method of transferring into a secondary before adding the dry hops.
