Notes

Brew as normal and bring to boil for 15 min. No HOPS

Chill to 85-90

Fill basin with hot water and use ANOVA to get to 90

Put Plastic wrap on the lid and use the bottle filler to add CO2 to the headspace.

Submerge kettle and make sure temp is at 90

Wait 14 hours or so and check Ph. shooting for 3.4
Then boil and follow hops schedule as normal
