The room is starting to get warm and I'm concerned about the flavors. Also, clearly this yeast is still munching heavily, as I can see bubbling and its dropped .003 in 24 hours. Hoping to see much less activity tomorrow. |

Way too much CO2. I didn't compensate for the maltodextrin, which, although not much, still has some fermentable sugar. Taste is fine but real bummer with the carb. |
