Notes

Mash at 154 for 60 minutes.
Boil 60 minutes.
After boil, spin wort, add whirlpool hops, cover for 10 minutes.
Chill to slightly below fermentation temperature (~66 degrees) & pitch yeast.
Once primary is over, add dry hops for 5 days.
