Notes

mashed at 148 for 20 minutes then bumped up to 152 over the next 40.

Mash between 148-150 for 60min, 60 minute boil with just the one hop addition and then slightly heavy in whirlpool hops at no higher than 180°. I dry hopped at day 3 of fermentation
