Strike water at 162F. Added Grain (62F) mash showed 155F and dropped to 150F after an hour.
Used a brew bag for grain. |

Successful brew day with no major hiccups. Brew bag made cleaning the mash tun easy but I don't think it helped the sparge. |

Still cloudy, sweetness is diminishing but still present. bitterness is coming forward. Might be time to up the temperature. |
