This batch is deceptively strong at nearly 7.25 ABV, perhaps due to lower than intended mash temps. No more than two in a session, or the next day will be tough! |

Still drinking, but not a go to beer. ABV is too high for more than two, has a weird eye -drying effect the morning after. Too many salt additions? No reason to make again. |
