Notes

No Chill hence the low IBU on the recipe. whirlpool hops are actually in the cube when transferred and fltered out the following day when pouring into the fermenter.

To add i got exceptionally better efficiency then normal. Most of my recipes sit around 70%. The one big difference was i extended my mash out for an extra 10 mins
