Notes

My first attempt at replicating Orval; one of the world's finest beers. It came out great; had the structure, tiny bubbles, color, flavor up front but I realized that they add Brettonomyces to the secondary. This gives the beer that character that one can't quite identify. So see my Opus Orval #2 for my next try.....
