Notes

One of my best usages of hop balance to date....Chinook in the beginning with great minty bittering, meaty savory hopping in the middle of the palate, easing with Mandarina and ending with Pacifica subtlety made this an incredibly tasty potable.....a keeper for sure. Th 1 lb of black was also key....no chocolaty notes....just a well hopped IPA with a wonderful straightforward charred taste....Color is black as a bear on a moonless night! LOL
