Mashed in @62 for 15 took first decoction boiled for 10min added entire decoction back temp hit 70c. Left kettle cool for another 20ish mins toom next decoction smaller this time by about three liters. Boiled 15min added decoction back temp was 61c at add.back. temp hit 69 raised to 71c prepared sparge water. |

Sparged 5lt temp unknown. Wort heaps turbid. Was unsure of conversion. Wort didnt taste too sweet or malty. Was a bit of break. |

Boiled as per recipe cascade went in at 15 so did some nutrient. Got a bit of a subtle burn on an element dam it! |

Filled to 21lt set stc for 18c.
Cant smell much hop flavour wort is heaps turbid will see how it goes |

Sample has a miute burntish taste but soo subtle its a tiny bit alcoholic hot but not overwhelming..no sulphur with this yeast it seems.
Will leave a few more days |
