Notes

Started with 33 liters H2O, came up way short on water, had to add a half gallon at least to get to 5
Should have added 8 oz additional water for every 1lb grain over 10
Next time factor for 5.25 gallons into the fermenter, need to remark

Strike temp 160 and with the kettle on the burner the temp actually increased initially. 143-152 is ideal so next time don't aim so high

Hopped in the bag which worked well but I threw away an expensive 'weight' with the hop trub, mistake #3

OG 1.068 - combination of low efficiency and adding water?
Left heat blanket on for 3 days by accident and cooked the fermentation :( went dry in 4
Not my best work by any stretch
