Notes

OG actual 1.059 - first time on my brewzilla, need a courser grind as I had a slow spare, almost stuck.

Had an error on timing while cleaning during the boil I bumped my phone and changed the timer to stop watch. I never noticed and thought I was at my 15 min hop addition so I added then realized that it was 15 min too soon. I am now adjusting this to a 45 min boil instead.
