Found the temp strip showed 68 degrees eventhough the fridge was set to 62 degrees. I dropped it to 52 to combat the heat from the fermentation. will check it in a couple hours. |

Dumped 1.5 liters of a 2 liter starter of WLP-099 Super High Gravity Yeast into the fermenter. It was still bubbling every 7 seconds or so when I dumped the yeast in. |
