Mash was a bit of a distastes, first time brewing on my new electric stove. temp spiked all of a sudden to 168, added ice packs to get temp down about 10 minutes later. try same amount of ingredients next time, do not adjust for lower efficiency. |

hops just tasted bitter not enough citrus from the mandarina bavaria, added a once of dry hops, to sit during diacetyl rest. |
