15L d'eau dans Robobrew pour commencer et 30L On the side pour plus tard.

Début à midi (12:00h)
Mash 45'C -10 min.
Mash 55'C -et retrait de 5L
Ajout d'eau à 65'C et Mash 50 min.
Mash out @ 75'C
Lift du filtre et sparge du "Turbid de 5L @90'C
Fly sparge (eau à 95'C sans ajustements du PH) pour sortir les tannins

Preboil: 32L @1.040
2.5h de boil = 23L @1.056
