Notes

Inspired by Homebrew 4 Life Vlog

7 Day dry hop addition 24 hours after pitch (high krauzen)
4 Day dry hop addition 24 hours later
It's Voss Kveik Man!!!!

First batch (28/4/2020) had great flavor, aroma, and mouth feel. Wasn't as hazy as expected.
Reduced lactose from 1lb to 0.75lb, and increased Calcium Chloride to bring Cl:S04 ratio to 3:1
