Notes

I made this recipe to compliment the hops plant I have in my back yard. Usually get something around 8oz from it, always dried and vacuum packed after picking. I've made this beer three times now and it is very pleasant, the caramel flavors shine, the hops bite is there as a background note. This one usually doesn't last long in the keg fridge.
