WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Two rounds of dry hops. The first was 3 days in primary fermentation. The second was in secondary fermentation for 4 days prior to kegging.

The beer was kegged, crash cooled for 24 hours and then force carbonated with a diffusion stone at 25 psi for 12 hours. It was then placed under 5 psi CO2 and dispensed.
